Should I get the Nutrition Plan or the Workout Plan?

  • We can get you to your goals the most efficiently if you utilize both plans (Combo Plan).

  • If you have to choose between the two, we recommend choosing the one you struggle the most with.

How often are the plans updated?

  • This often varies depending on which plan it is and your enjoyment (and/or adherence) of the current plan.

  • For the Workout Plan, it’s updated a minimum of every 8 weeks.

  • For the Nutrition Plan, meal suggestions are added fairly regularly throughout the entirety of your subscription.

How can I upgrade plans?

  • Let your coach know at any time if you’d like to upgrade to the Combo Plan.

  • We’ll prorate the charge for the upgraded plan and get you started!

What happens if I miss my weekly check-in?

  • Your coach will determine what day works best for your weekly check-in, and you’ll have the full day prior and up until 12pm EST that day to turn in the check-in form.

  • Any late check-ins may be skipped for the week to ensure each client has adequate time with their coach.

What’s the term of commitment?

  • We require a minimum of a 3-month commitment to ensure we’re able to see results from our work together.

What’s the cancellation policy?

  • Early cancellations before the 3-month commitment period will be responsible for 50% of the cost of the remaining commitment.
